Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy Effective Date: May 29, 2026

Seacoast Aminos sells all products strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). Due to the specialized nature of research chemicals, we maintain the following policy:

1. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.

2. Refunds and Returns Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or misunderstanding of the product’s intended research use.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence.
• We will review the claim promptly and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. No Unsolicited Returns We do not accept returns sent without prior approval.
